As the founder and CEO of The Location Real Estate, he has pioneered innovative development strategies that emphasize precision, quality, and strategic growth. He is leading the shift to sustainable urban living with sophisticated and functional designs, drawing from his comprehensive education at Cornell University, where he earned his Real Estate Development diploma.
With a rich background in real estate and strategic development, Mudasir established The Location Real Estate in 2014. His vision was further shaped by his studies at the prestigious Istituto Marangoni in Italy, where he refined his understanding of interior design in the global epicenter of design innovation. This unique blend of real estate expertise and design sensibility enables him to redefine urban development in the UAE and continue his family’s influential legacy from the early 20th century.
